1 · The quote
Paste a store link, confirm the shop, describe the item, and enter its price — HaBeeBee shows one quote in Singapore dollars.
Product price — converted to SGD at our rate (includes a small exchange margin).
Buy For Me Service — one summary charge combining 10% of each seller's product price with that seller's own weight-tier amount. All items and quantities from the same shop are grouped before choosing its weight tier; the sellers' fees are then added together. Includes purchasing, payment handling, local fulfilment, and order coordination. Rates are managed by our team.
International shipping — Indonesia to Singapore, calculated using the combined weight of the whole order, not separately per seller.
Estimated import GST — the current quote uses 9% of the product price only. This calculation is pending verification and is not a confirmed customs assessment.
Conversion — the product price is converted using the customer rate, including the exchange margin. The per-seller charge is already in SGD. International shipping uses the published shipping rate and estimated chargeable weight.
Prices and promotions can change — the quote uses the price and any promotion showing when you request it. If a promotion ends or the price changes before our team buys the item, we message you first — you can approve the new price or cancel for a full refund. We never buy at a higher price without your approval.
2 · Pay upfront
Approve the quote and submit payment by PayNow. Your order starts at Payment Submitted; our team checks the funds before marking Payment Received. Only international shipping may require a later top-up after weighing.
If international shipping is lower than estimated, the difference becomes a HaBeeBee Shipping Voucher or you can request a refund in Messages.
If an order is cancelled, we return all unused funds to you, including unused shipping charges and any unused amount collected for import GST. If payment has already been made to the seller, the product refund is returned once we receive it from the seller. We deduct only costs already incurred and any non-refundable service fee disclosed before payment. We explain these deductions when confirming your refund.
3 · We buy & ship it
We purchase the item from the seller using our local Indonesian payment methods and address.
The parcel arrives at our Indonesia hub, then ships to Singapore. Track every step on your Orders page.
We do not open or inspect seller-sealed parcels, so we cannot verify their contents, quality or authenticity before delivery. If your item arrives wrong, damaged or incomplete, contact us through your order chat as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and provide clear photos or videos. We will help raise the issue with the seller or delivery partner. Refunds or replacements depend on the circumstances and the relevant claim process.
4 · Confirm the parcel weight
At our hub the parcel is weighed. Up to 0.2 kg above the whole kilogram is absorbed by us; above 0.2 kg it rounds up to the next kilogram.
When the status shows Weight Verified, open the order and confirm the weight — only then does it go out for international dispatch.
Approving a weight does not collect a shipping top-up. If one is due, send it by PayNow and message our team; we confirm the funds before dispatch.
International shipping is estimated first and confirmed after our Jakarta hub checks the parcel’s chargeable weight. Any additional shipping payment is required before dispatch. If the final charge is lower, we issue a HaBeeBee Shipping Voucher, with a cash refund available on request. Any amount collected as estimated import GST is reconciled against the actual assessment, where applicable. We return any excess collected and explain any additional amount payable.
5 · Delivery to your door
Once shipped, the order moves to On the way to Singapore, then Out for delivery, and finally Delivered at your Singapore address.
