Shipping is the applicable per-kg rate × the rounded chargeable shipment weight (actual or volumetric, whichever is higher). The exchange rate includes our margin and is locked in when you approve your quote. Estimated delivery 2–3 business days after dispatch from our Jakarta hub.
The current quote estimates import GST on the product price only. This calculation is pending verification and is not a confirmed customs assessment.
Weight rounding
Orders below 1 kg are charged on the actual declared weight at S$14.90/kg, based on the combined order weight. Orders from 1 kg use the standard weight tiers: up to 0.2 kg above the whole kilogram is absorbed by us, anything more rounds up to the next kilogram.
Orders over 30 kg split into packages of up to 30 kg, each charged at its own weight tier. For 46 kg: 30 kg × S$13.00 + 16 kg × S$13.50 = S$606.00 at the standard rates. Our purchaser confirms the measured weight before you approve shipping. Buy For Me Service uses each seller's combined item weight, not the shipping package count.

Important to note
Cancellations & refunds. If an order is cancelled, we return all unused funds to you, including unused shipping charges and any unused amount collected for import GST. If payment has already been made to the seller, the product refund is returned once we receive it from the seller. We deduct only costs already incurred and any non-refundable service fee disclosed before payment. We explain these deductions when confirming your refund.
International shipping adjustment. International shipping is estimated first and confirmed after our Jakarta hub checks the parcel’s chargeable weight. Any additional shipping payment is required before dispatch. If the final charge is lower, we issue a HaBeeBee Shipping Voucher, with a cash refund available on request. Any amount collected as estimated import GST is reconciled against the actual assessment, where applicable. We return any excess collected and explain any additional amount payable.
Sealed parcels. We do not open or inspect seller-sealed parcels, so we cannot verify their contents, quality or authenticity before delivery. If your item arrives wrong, damaged or incomplete, contact us through your order chat as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and provide clear photos or videos. We will help raise the issue with the seller or delivery partner. Refunds or replacements depend on the circumstances and the relevant claim process.

Restricted items (manual review)
Batteries, liquids, aerosols, medicine, food, cosmetics, fragile goods, plants and oversized parcels need manual review and may not be accepted.
